There are no other benefits except salary. Non Technical Managers are managing the technical people in Pune and with very less knowledge on technical part. Dual reporting makes your life difficult but if you have good relations with Onsite team you can ignore the Pune management as they are admin point of view managers. No timely communication from management team. Pune Management dont have the decision making power and they say YES to onsite team. No bench policy, so in case there is no project you will go in Redeployment. 90 days notice period. Pune Management is busy in promoting the new office. Less shift allowances & support work. No annual bonus or appreciation. Quarterly RnR. Town halls are just general talks and no business updates. Changing the decisions according to situation and onsite Management. High Attrition rate. No quality work. Job Insecurity.
