      Avantages

      you can get certifications and grow your technical base skill set. you also get reimbursed for all exams you take.

      Inconvénients

      the pay is a bit lower because it is a american company. Also the call volumes tend to be extremely high comparatively to other places.

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
