      Majority of colleagues are great to work with. Processes are a tad better than other places.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay. No pay ranges on positions. promotions are almost non existent as they Always indicates different positions are lateral moves.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
