Less stressful work, most projects are planned much in advance of the event.

Inconvénients

Less of everything else. No motivation or benefits. Management is disconnected and think of employee value not more than a row on spreadsheet.

Great co-workers, always work to be done. I work with a great team, always willing to help out when needed!

Raises are low, hours get cut if it's slow.
