      Managers have no formal training and lack any vision of how to work with people and manage a sales force.

      We certainly value all feedback-positive or negative. It is unfortunate that 'popr' management skills were encountered. We also have free spellcheckers for all employees. Considering we do not have someone in this role in this territory it is not clear who is posting this review.

      Though they knew the pending situation, did not forwarn of contract ending (just 2 week notice).
