      Avantages

      Most of the time I feel blessed to be part of the CARE IT team, challenging workloads, friendly client, workmates and senior, also I’m thankful that I still have a work while pandemic time.

      Inconvénients

      Company can consider to offer better salary and better benefits.

      Avantages

      Team members are very helpful and polite. Work environment has little to no politics. It is the people here that makes the difference. Environment that encourages sharing of knowledge so that you are not shunned upon if your IT knowledge it lacking.

      Inconvénients

      Some days can get very busy. You never know until you walk into the office.

      Being an SME you have to multi task so there is room for learn and growth. Team members are helpful and nice with little politics.

      Inconvénients

      Must be ready to take on tasks assigned to you and research on your own.
