      Avantages

      The management was amazing and understanding to their employees. The value was amazing on how they acknowledged their employees. Training was kept up daily and any changes was immediately put out to the employees.

      Inconvénients

      The salary increase is average, less competitive than that offered by other same companies, and it is also subject to delays.
