      Avantages

      Chad is a good & fair engineering team leader. He inspired my loyalty

      Inconvénients

      Never had a review to know how I was doing. Cheap shop people were hired that cant speak English or read blueprints. Was not budgeted the software tools I needed to do my job quicker. The work was boring and not challenging. Had a RIF reduction in force to support their other poorer performing plants abroad
