      Avantages

      Lots of work to be done in many different states, Lots of travel

      Inconvénients

      Behind the times with a two owner operation. Owners never agree with each other and operate based on scarcity not abundance. The constant changing management style is behind the times without HR or PC. Looking for yes people to conform, but wont spend the money. Constant clicking of the pen that signs your check.

      Clean working environment, Interesting work, Good Pay

      Inconvénients

      Not told the entire truth during hire. Monthly pay periods, Required to front out of town travel expense's, & be reimbursed later. Promised healthcare at hire, not followed thru.

      A good opportunity to build experience in automation and robotics.

      Inconvénients

      - A lot of travel - Initially had to finance travel expenses on my own cards and then get reimbursed later. - Uncompensated overtime
