Avantages
Super collaborative environment which makes you feel like you have a voice in decisions that effect you, the company or the customers.
Inconvénients
Not many cons to share - but I can see how someone who has never worked in a start up before could feel lost. It's fast paced, decisions are made quickly, and focus is always evolving based on the current market behaviors.

It takes a special personality to love that start-up pace! Its fast and fun and collaborative - no red tape, room to experiment, and we love that!
