Avantages

I truly love most of the people I work with. There is a lot of knowledge on the Sales Engineer side. There are people who legitimately believe in the mission - they’re just not in charge.

Inconvénients

I've had to edit this review 6 times to meet Glassdoor's requirements. Cons are a CEO who cares more about juicing the stock price than anything else, a CMO who just wants to play with AI and hire women with dark hair, and HR that doesn't follow up on complaints to the point that employees are afraid to communicate about one specific employee on Slack and only text on personal devices. Cisco might be able to employ so much dead weight to keep a C-Level happy, but Cisco also has a digit other than 0 before the decimal in its stock price.

Avantages

Working at Corero is akin to working at a start-up. Vibrant energy and everyone has bought into the mission. 3 years ago, the company introduced a new product that as the title indicates, never disappoints. It is refreshing working for an organization with incredibly smart and talented people, dedicated to the customer. Excellent life / work balance and an executive team that is responsive to the changing dynamics of the cyber security industry..

Inconvénients

In some cases, Corero asks employees to be "utility players", and to venture away from your literal job description to make sure the project is successful. One must be creative and driven to flourish here.
