      Avantages

      I worked with Cotecna for 4 years and it was a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, very friendly and hardworking management team. Given the opportunity, I'd choose them all over again.

      Inconvénients

      The company was on a contract with the government and so everyone had to go home when it the contract expired and it wasn't renewed.

      Inconvénients

      New vp of North America is shredding the company apart. Firing as many Americans as possible to move in her Ukrainian people. They will low ball your compensation and work you to death. They don’t care about work life balance or even your life in general. Had a colleague work almost 3 years with no raise then was denied a raise after he was promised one! Told people they wouldn’t be fired then fired them 7 days later
