      Great work-life balance. Interesting projects. Felt like I was doing real engineering work.

      Inconvénients

      The pay was low, salary and housing was less than most competitors.

      Holiday lunches (sometimes), end of year Christmas Party

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Old equipment, old technology, poor leadership, and shady business decisions that are worthy of product recall and much against the "Crane Resolution" that is posted in every conference room.
