Today is day 16 of no Salary Credit , the entire management have not uttered any word about this situation. The Founder's / Co Founders / Directors have no idea on what path the organization is going , no plan / no commitment about growth JUST BLAME GAMES . Favourism runs as a fuel in the company , and founder do promotes it . The entire management is unskilled , unprofessional , at times confused , only a few have courage to speak if something goes wrong. The founder publicly exploit and always encourage a unhealthy , imbalanced work culture. There are no skilled and professional members in the entire team , they do not value deadlines , planning and communication. No Benefits No Work Life Balance No Growth No Exposure I would highly recommend , if this is your first company Do not join it.
