Avantages

I have met some incredible support workers whilst in this job and have seen some amazing progress with service users.

Inconvénients

Management likes to avoid working within services wherever possible. Very few staff members stay long term because it is such a toxic company to work for. Support workers are treated awfully as though they are thought of as disposable. Standard pay even when working above and beyond your personal roles. Your shift requests are often ignored even when requested several months in advance.

Inconvénients

Low pay for what is expected from you. Management plays blatant favoritism and are clouded by dishonesty.
