Avantages
Policies are great! Work life balance and lots many activities. HR department is solid firm about employee's benefits.
Inconvénients
Managers are rude. All manager blame Excelshore (internal software) for all appraisals and don't give any reasons for it. Even if they say it transparent and 360 degree, its nothing like it. Even if you dont get anything, even then they dont give any reason for it or any areas for improvement. Somewhat biased system and tastes your patience, at least for some domains.
