      Opportunity to learn, flexible timing

      Inconvénients

      Visionless management. They invest on a product but dont know how to sell it. Unprofessional attitude of management. Hire people without considering avalability of projects and then fire people without giving notice on the name of cost cutting. Monotnous environment. Poor HR policy
