      Avantages

      Good co-workers here and overseas; no HR; everyone seems open. Go out to the bar with co-workers and swap stories. Flat structure in US (good and bad). CEO is brilliant and full of knowledge.You will learn lots.

      Inconvénients

      Technology is very old. Most productions are outsourced to Philippines; russia; wherever. turnover rate (~20%); recent resignation of President. No real structure in US. Too much structure in Philippines. CEO has to be right. If not you might not get bonus.

      Love my job. Laid back environment. Friendly Co-Workers. Annual Recognition.

      Inconvénients

      Commute can be tough on some days but worth it if you love your job!

      Avantages

      Fantastic people, laid back environment. I was an intern for the summer and they welcomed me back for winter work as well. Everyone was friendly and appreciative of each other's work.

      Inconvénients

      I was stuck in front of a computer a bit more than I would have liked, but that's to be expected anywhere for an intern or new analyst.
