      - A lot of really great, kind employees at the base levels (but they never get any recognition from upper management)

      Inconvénients

      - Way too much petty drama and backstabbing - Don't make it so obvious when bonuses are handed out that often to upper management and then refuse any and all pay increases for regular employees
