      - Good camaraderie between factory and office workers - Opportunity to get involved in many projects and cross team functions - Chance to strengthen relationships with international suppliers - Generally enjoyed my job

      Inconvénients

      - No job progression - Management worked their way up from rock bottom and lacked training to manage sufficiently - Private matters tended to be known company wide - Health was a bottom priority
