      Avantages

      I have learned what not to do in business.

      Inconvénients

      TransDigm culture is toxic and is all about sucking as much value as it can out of customers and employees. Anyone who can leave the business has or is leaving. Whole departments have turned over in less than a year. Worst company I have ever worked for and I would not recommend working here to an enemy let alone a friend.

      Avantages

      The overall team is great, lots of friendly people to work with, the cafeteria serves good food for a cheap price as well.

      Inconvénients

      Teams are stretched quite thin leadings to high workloads and short deadlines.
