      - It will give you incentive to find a better job. - Pay and benefit are decent for what you do, but lower than what you would like since they will never utilize your potential.

      Inconvénients

      - Horrible management that will string you along as long as possible - Boring and inefficient work tasks - Near useless on job training - Catty employees - No path for growth and advancement beyond entry level

      Work and live balance. Working directly with stakeholder.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication across the department. I was not aware what's going on with the company until the end.
