      You can work when you want (dependent on what projects are currently available)

      Inconvénients

      Not communicative at all — any issues/problems, they may choose to ignore them. I worked on a project for 2 weeks and didn’t get paid for it — they said the project had ended so I couldn’t have worked on it, yet the link was active and the tasks were real. There’s no room for discussion with these people.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
