Avantages
Decent pay for most flexible working hours (don't confuse with short work days) Lots of training Great platform You'll still find some Smart people I love the logo ( nice T-Shirts)
Inconvénients
Layoffs, always, multiple times a year, never saw a year without layoffs Long working hours Not everyone is paid equally, even people at same level can have 50K difference Lots of fluff keeping yourself away from reality Payroll is a mess Worst HR's worst I had to deal with Constant erratic changes Lots of chaos and no direction Don't have Jeremy to care of his baby
