      You can go from having 2-3 days per week of work to 0 days per week, weeks at a time. Pay per hour is minimal.

      Avantages

      Supervisor and the people I work with are wonderful. Offers a flex schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Pay raise is barely anything that sometimes it feels like new people are getting paid more than current employees for the same job which I find unfair.
