Challenging Work, Smart Team - Avis employé COO Datix

Since the pandemic, there have been a lot of accommodating changes made by the company to ensure everyone felt safe, while also maintaining consistency. As we are slowly transitioning back to the office, they have made sure we felt comfortable to make that return. Even while working remotely, the company stayed consistent on maintaining weekly team calls to keep communication open, held team members accountable so that we are moving our company towards our 10-year target/ goals, and ensured the right people were in the right seats to help make that happen. Leadership truly values their team.

None that I have experienced.

If you're just finishing up college, this is a great company to work for and get your feet wet. And if you don't understand IT, you will after working here only a few weeks! People who work here are highly intelligent, yet remarkably collaborative. Even though each person is designated a "role," everyone is very transparent about their work, which gives newbies (especially marketing peeps) the chance to understand how all the business pieces come together in the end. I came to Datix near the end of college as an intern, and within six months moved to full time. It took a lot of work to get here, but I know ten folds more about the business world than I learned in college.

Understanding Datix process can be intuitive at times if you're new to IT. Also, the company collaborates on a lot of things, so being open to try new approaches and work with others is mandatory of whichever role you take. Clearly this isn't a real con, but it does take a motivated and curious person to really succeed here.
