      There are non not even a ladder to climb to make it as a career

      Inconvénients

      Everything about it the fact that you call the same person back to back is ridiculous!Then when you get a live person they don't want anything to do with you and then the rating the call to what happened sys is just plain stupid!!

      Fun group of people. Its rewarding to help people.

      Inconvénients

      Miss too much time and they will talk to you! Needs a bigger break room.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are cool for the most part Hour break Helping people

      Inconvénients

      No benefits No direct deposit Mentally taxing High turnover rate Lack of consistency of information Mediocre training Misleading script (it's very difficult to redirect customers from the idea of filling out a survey online. Difficult to talk about debt if you can't even get to that point)
