      No recognition for your work Constant bullying from managers Bad pay Constantly promise career growth opportunities, then don't deliver Tell you it's a 'hybrid' role but it's really not Obvious favoritism and the managers yell at staff in front of the whole office

      A very supportive team, clear onboarding, helpful guidance, good communication, and a positive work environment.
