      Large company, stable pay and nice office place in Fremont

      Inconvénients

      Not competitive pay for U.S. market, No diversity with 95% Asian employees. No English spoken in some meetings. Micro-managers coming from Asia HQ.

      Avantages

      Quality product well known in the market. Not hard to sell, good engineering team with good field support.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership in the states is poor. Old school work culture - in office everyday is mandatory. Expected to work after hours to accommodate Taiwan - almost everyday.
