      pay, unlimited PTO, wfh, medical benies

      Inconvénients

      many of middle management have been there forever. no fresh perspective and are only good at promoting people they like. love new ideas, but have no clue how to execute change. we cannot compete with likes of 6s, zoominfo, apollo. In talking to some folks over there, demandbase comes up less and less from the time i started.

      Avantages

      I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

      Inconvénients

      Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
