      Avantages

      Awesome people culture, It is easy to make friends and build great relationship as people are very friendly, curious and talkative. All the people are approachable due to the non-hierarchical attitude of everyone. A good place where to start as a young designer where you can have support by senior mentors and where good ideas and intentions are accepted, no matter what is your level.

      Inconvénients

      It needs a better planning for how to make good use of the spare time in between projects.

      Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
