Health challenges happen once in a blue moon. - Opportunity to grow with the company. - Once a project is complete and a client is happy, it's so rewarding. - Your input is valued. - Hybrid Schedule. - Little micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      - You need to be a self-motivator. Not really a con but it's essential. - Could use a better introduction to the company once hired.
