Start-up company so there were things to work out, but other than that the experience was great.

Some smart people who care.

Puneet the CEO is a joke. His wife and sister in law are just as horrible in leadership capabilities. Employees can see right through their game. The rest of the senior leadership team is not surprisingly a bunch of junior league hacks who really know nothing about their customers or the product- most of their customers have left them in droves due to above mentioned leadership and the aforementioned garbage product. OI will eventually eliminate them. No one will care though. Very much a strange oddball family of entitlement here - they are unfortunately in very good company with another train wreck of an organization - Optum! It’s amazing they are still around.
