Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Good Culture, nice company events , decent location, somewhat flexible working schedule, very professional working environment and decent pay. Most managers are very good at their job and good leaders. Overall it's definitely one of the better start ups.

Inconvénients

The reason I did not give this company 5 stars is because of the ceo and the treatment of other departments. The Ceo is not a good leader, she tries but when you yell at my boss and fellow employees in front of the entire office, I do not appreciate that. Also the treatment of some other departments is poor in particular accounting and sales. They work long hours and from what I've heard aren't compensated very well.
