Avantages

I am a long term employee of DSD and I have always been impressed with the support given to develop my career as well as looking after my wellbeing. A huge emphasis is placed on looking after employees, being flexible and ensuring that they listen which is not something I have experienced anywhere else. If you want to work for a caring and innovative company, this is the place for you.

The free bananas can sometimes be too green to eat...........

Breadth of topics, but not depth

The following is my opinion. What a shame of a place DSD has become. Their focus is money and deadlines only. Not development of talent, employee satisfaction, or retention. In summary, it’s a company run by a bunch of line managers with fewer than 10-years of experience who get promoted to Principal for just showing up. Legacy employees are favored, even the toxic and unstable ones. Employees who stand up for themselves are quiet-fired. The cherry on top is the US president’s apathy towards the havoc that is wreaked by management. It’s a stressful revolving door for talented and unique individuals. Please, take a pass on DSD if you’re reading this.

DSD is genuinely committed to providing an outstanding employee experience. We put our employees at the center of every decision that is made, and we are very disappointed to hear that this has not been your experience. As I am sure you can appreciate, responding to growth and changes to the market can be challenging. This occasionally means we have to let someone go when there is no longer a good fit. These decisions are not taken lightly and are always a last resort.
