the culture in Dropbox is just fantastic. They practice what one preaches in term of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Everyone is just sincere in helping everyone. no hidden agenda! The welfare benefits is good. The management fully ensure that their employee have a good work life balance . one of the best company i have work in.
