      Avantages

      The PTO and other health benefits are great. We also get a 403b that's matched.

      Inconvénients

      Pay - the annual 4% bonus isn't realistic, it's pennies to the dollar while providers and people that are able to bargain their pay it's a substantial pay increase.

      Avantages

      The company overall was quite good, just be aware of specific locations.

      Inconvénients

      The location I worked at, El Pueblo, has high turnover for a reason. I would definitely ask about turnover. Also the pay was shockingly low.
