I get to interact with really great people that I have the opportunity to work with and take care of, I enjoy seeing that my work specifically does help people and that tops any experience I have had in any other work field, it keeps me motivated and willing to keep growing in this field,

The difficulties that i can say about working in this field is that, as I take care of individuals who are either very elderly or have disabilities to some capacity it means that I have to be very aware at all times to make sure that my patient is safe and sound and that at the start can take some adjustment to the task I have had in ay pother field I have previously worked in,

The only positive thing about this place are your coworkers. There are some really good people working there but outside of that it's all negative.

Bait and switch, for example you will be hired to do one thing but will end up doing something totally different. They break their promises on a regular basis and always have some excuse to weasel their way out of promises they never intended to keep. No ethics at all! Openly offer substandard products but require sales agents to lie and claim the products are much better than they are. Perfect example of that is googling one of the owners names will result in several pages about being ripped off.
