      Avantages

      To develop autopilots and critical avionics systems for autonomous vehicles you need the following: - a great Team - an amazing location - modern equipment - knowledge to combine everything to a great product AND a leadership who cares about all of them. Embention is one of these Companies, everybody is welcome. As a freelancer, I was very well received and integrated.

      Inconvénients

      I worked from Munich and not directly at Embention. Therefore, I missed some team workshops.

      Avantages

      - Experts on site, - Wondereful people, - In-house products, - Remote work, flexibility, - AC and coffee's good, rooftop's view is fabulous. - No linux.

      Inconvénients

      - No linux, - Lot of ambition, but not enough people to support it. - Might be difficult to get considerated at the beginning. - Pay accordingly to the region, one of the poorest of Spain. - Reverse department is not for RE, don't get trapped.
