      A lot of hardworking, caring team members. 6% 401K match/gift. Opportunity to help students meet their educational goals. Tuition assistance.

      Inconvénients

      Meager salary that meant I could not contribute meaningfully to the 401K or take advantage of the low health insurance deductible, or commit fully to my work.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
