      -The whole team was really nice and welcoming -Flexible -Got to learn good leadership skills since upper level management is not present at the time of shifts -Extra salary for working overnight shifts

      Inconvénients

      -Difficult if time is not managed properly

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
