Avantages
It is a very laid back atmosphere if you are non-union, can show up 30 minutes late or leave 30 minutes early and they rarely care about it or question. They had a 2nd shift worker work 2 hours a day, get paid for 8 hours, for over a month before they fired them.
Inconvénients
Production is very biased towards females; so if you are female be prepared to be fast tracked, if not prepare to be let go after 80 days (90 day probation period).
The technical building is extremely disorganized, has no concept of timelines or priorities, and very narrowed sighted with their way or no way for projects.
The buildings are all old and falling apart, all the equipment is old and falling apart, you get no money to buy new you get money to apply a Band-Aid. We've had rubber bands and duct tape holding pipes together for 2 months due to not able to buy more pipe until the new year.
