Avantages
They have some interesting projects on good technologies, it depends by the team you are in. They offer courses and certifications and have a good health insurance. Company looks really stable. They have several internship and apprentice programs for recent graduates with none or little experience.
Inconvénients
Career path looks really slow and salary is not really competitive, while working hours are quite long (it depends by the project of course) and the works is challenging. So, many hard working and dedicated people feel stuck and become quite frustrated, and the working environment sometimes may be not very pleasant because of this reason.
