Changing directions left and right. No consistency in their future plans. Seems very hard to see the direction of the company. Can’t trust what the leadership says. Sales leaders come and go which points to no one wants to fix the mess. CEO seems concerned with the bottom line and not much else. No real professional development opportunities. Outsourcing for efficiency Big on acquisitions and valuing newly acquired employees over existing employees. No career pathing.
