Avantages
I could not be happier with the regional leadership in my office since I've started. Best, most exemplary examples of leadership that inspires hard work and love for the work despite threats from national administration chiseling away at the core mission. I consistently feel seen and heard by my leadership and know that if I need to speak up on any concerns they will be heard right away. We have been able to retain our flexible work schedules even with the RTO in place by our national administrator.
Inconvénients
As a regional office we are at the whims of our administration as with our headquarters counterparts. The work itself can be influenced by political partisanship and stakeholders that are far larger than within the control of our regional leadership.
