      Long work weeks and extremely high (if unclear) expectations Too many alpha personalities, young staff can make for unprofessional environment at times Communication can sometimes be poor

      Avantages

      Small company with great opportunities for learning. Co-workers were nice, and the facility was impressive. Got to experience many aspects of their business

      Inconvénients

      The internship was unpaid. The staff seemed somewhat unmotivated and made little progress. The company is very small, but this could be a pro for some people
