Senior leadership genuinely cares about the work and the people behind it. They also care about leading with honesty to its employees while balancing their needs and the needs of the business

Inconvénients

There are no longer cons to working here. True honesty and candidness has been brought back into senior leadership.

Inconvénients

The company has undergone significant change in recent years, including acquisitions, leadership transitions, and platform consolidation efforts. As with many private equity-backed software companies, priorities can shift quickly and teams are expected to adapt. Integrating multiple products, systems, and cultures while maintaining growth creates complexity and can occasionally lead to unclear priorities or organizational growing pains.
