Avantages

Been here long enough now to say it’s a nice place to work. Really friendly team and the job is different each day adding variety dealing with all manner of different people each day. The team here though, the colleagues I work with make it a happy place to work each day.

Inconvénients

It’s quite isolated so limited options for lunch etc.

Inbound sales and easy to sell to customers once you understand the process

Inconvénients

You do not get paid full commission even when you have hit targets

We recognise that clarity around pay, hours, and expectations is essential, and where there has been confusion or inconsistency, that understandably causes frustration. We are currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency This work is being supported by strengthened leadership focus, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to help improve consistency, communication, and standards across the business. Avantages

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Inconvénients

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
