      Avantages

      Good exposure to new technologies, supportive team, approachable management, and a great environment for learning and growth.

      Inconvénients

      Casual leave requires 7-day prior approval, which is not very flexible. A 1 day prior request would be more practical. No leave encashment for employees who exit before year-end, I think it should not be happen.

      Working hours can feel slightly long; could be made shorter or more structured Some processes take more time than necessary, which can slow down productivity Decision-making and task allocation could be faster and clearer Internal communication between teams can improve Can include more team engagement activities, events, or fun Fridays to make the workplace livelier
