I met good colleagues who supported me through one of the most toxic environments I've ever experienced. They remain supportive even after leaving. Trauma is really a strong bond.
Inconvénients
I worked with this company when it was known as akademi General Assembly or General Assembly Malaysia. The CEO frequently tells untruths, has no strategic direction and poor easoning skills (in fact the only reasoning he offer is "at mckinsey ..." which often is of course a poor thoughtless explanation. Unfortunately, he has no experience in running a company and his management style is toxic pitting employees and teams against each other. The attrition rate speaks for itself - please talk to ex employees to understand the challenges if you are tempted to join so you can protect yourself. Further there is no direction so beware of running around in circles and being blamed.
